g365 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

These Terms & Conditions apply to all Users of the g365 Platform regardless of the device, browser, or method of access used. They govern all interactions with g365 including account registration, deposits and withdrawals, participation in games and betting markets, use of bonus promotions, and communications with customer support.

These Terms & Conditions are to be read in conjunction with the g365 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form an integral part of the binding agreement between the User and g365. In the event of any conflict, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active g365 account, a User must meet all of the following criteria at all times:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of account use.
• Have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to the User's jurisdiction.
• Not be a current employee, director, consultant, or immediate family member of an employee or director of g365 or any of its affiliated entities or game providers.
• Not be registered on any self-exclusion programme or be subject to any regulatory restriction that prohibits participation in online gaming.
• Be accessing and using the Platform on a personal, non-commercial basis for entertainment purposes only.
• Not have had a previous g365 account closed for violation of these Terms & Conditions.

g365 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within the period specified in the request may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification. Any winnings accrued during a period of underage access shall be voided and forfeited.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the g365 Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or joint accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering on g365, Users are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including their legal full name, valid Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and any other information requested during the registration process or KYC verification. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials, including username, password, and any OTP codes. g365 will never request your password through any channel. Any activity conducted through a User's account — whether authorised or not — is the sole responsibility of the account holder. Users must notify g365 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to their account.

• Account credentials must not be shared with any third party under any circumstances.
• Users must update account information promptly upon any change to ensure records remain accurate.
• g365 reserves the right to require KYC documentation at any stage — including at registration, prior to first withdrawal, or at any subsequent point deemed necessary by g365's compliance team.
• Accounts that have been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee of Rs 200 per month until the account balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by logging in.

g365 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, and debit/credit card. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. g365 does not charge fees on deposits; however, Users should be aware that their payment provider may impose its own transaction charges.

g365 may impose deposit limits at the account level in accordance with responsible gaming obligations or as a result of risk assessment. Users may also set their own voluntary deposit limits from the account dashboard — reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.

• Deposits must originate from payment instruments registered in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• g365 is not liable for any failed, delayed, or reversed transactions caused by the User's payment provider or bank.
• g365 reserves the right to decline or return any deposit that cannot be satisfactorily verified under its anti-money laundering procedures.

Users may submit withdrawal requests at any time via the account dashboard. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. g365 processes the majority of JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals within five (5) minutes of request approval; bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) business day.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs 500.
• KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed. Incomplete verification will place the withdrawal in a pending queue until documentation is received and approved.
• g365 reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals exceeding Rs 50,000.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Funds must be returned to an account registered in the User's own name.
• g365 does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees deducted by the receiving payment provider are outside g365's control and responsibility.
• In cases of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or pending security review, g365 may place a hold on withdrawal processing pending investigation. g365 will notify the User of any such hold and the expected resolution timeframe.

g365 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and the specific terms of a promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

• Unless otherwise stated, standard bonus wagering requirement is 35× the bonus amount within 30 days of credit.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: Live casino and table games typically contribute at 10%; slots contribute at 100%. Specific contribution rates are published per promotion.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per household, IP address, device, or payment method.
• g365 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice in cases of suspected abuse.
• Where a User requests a withdrawal before satisfying applicable wagering requirements, g365 will deduct any outstanding bonus funds and associated pending winnings from the withdrawal amount.
• Bonus funds obtained through fraudulent means, including but not limited to the use of VPNs or multiple accounts, will be forfeited in full.

All bets placed on the g365 Platform are subject to the specific game rules, sport-specific rules, and any special conditions displayed within the relevant game or betting market interface at the time of wager placement. By placing a bet, the User acknowledges having read and accepted all applicable game-specific rules in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

• All bets are final once confirmed. g365 will not cancel or reverse a confirmed bet except in circumstances expressly provided for in the specific game or market rules (for example, event cancellation, abandoned matches, or proven system error).
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a live game session, g365 will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the session using available logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the bet stake may be refunded at g365's discretion.
• g365 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds or stakes that were clearly set in error (including pricing errors and display glitches), in which case the stake will be returned to the User's account.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and are subject to change without notice.
• g365 reserves the right to limit bet sizes or restrict markets for any account at any time, including where patterns of arbitrage, matched betting, or advantage play are identified.

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the g365 Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms & Conditions. Any breach may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering, accessing, or using the Platform if under 21 years of age.
• Creating, operating, or using more than one account, whether directly or through a proxy.
• Providing false, incomplete, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC, or withdrawal.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, chip dumping, or other fraudulent gaming activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any technology that provides an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software errors, system vulnerabilities, or pricing errors to generate artificial profits.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activities.
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming tools, self-exclusion measures, or account restrictions imposed by g365 or any third party.
• Engaging in chargebacks, disputes, or payment reversals without first attempting to resolve the matter through g365's customer support.
• Accessing the Platform via a VPN, proxy, or any other means designed to obscure the User's true geographic location or identity.

All content on the g365 Platform — including but not limited to the g365 brand name, logo, trademarks, trade dress, website design, software, databases, graphics, game interfaces, text, imagery, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of g365 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the g365 Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content or software on the g365 Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, g365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the User's access to or use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, savings, data, or goodwill.
• Interruption to service caused by technical faults, maintenance periods, or circumstances beyond g365's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from reliance on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game rules.
• Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to a User's account due to the User's failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, g365's total cumulative liability to any User in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

g365 provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible from the account dashboard without the need to contact support:

• Deposit Limits — Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps. Reductions take immediate effect; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits — Maximum loss thresholds over daily, weekly, or monthly periods. Once reached, further wagering is suspended until the period resets.
• Session Reminders — Configurable alerts notifying the User of the time elapsed in each gaming session.
• Cooling-Off Period — Temporary account suspension from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. Activated immediately and cannot be reversed during the elected period.
• Self-Exclusion — Permanent account closure with a minimum exclusion period of 6 months. Reinstatement requests are subject to a mandatory review and waiting period.

g365 will honour all self-exclusion registrations. Users who self-exclude must not attempt to re-register through any means during the exclusion period. Doing so constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions. g365 shall not be liable for losses incurred where a self-excluded User has circumvented exclusion controls; however, g365 will make reasonable efforts to prevent such access through technical controls and training of support staff.

g365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Evidence of fraudulent, collusive, or cheating behaviour.
• Involvement in chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputed transactions not resolved through g365's dispute process.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement instruction requiring account restriction.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 24 consecutive months.

Upon closure of an account for any reason other than breach of these Terms & Conditions, the verified balance of the account (excluding any bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the User via their registered payment method within 14 business days, subject to completion of KYC. Balances forfeited due to breach will not be returned.

These Terms & Conditions and all matters arising in connection with the g365 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction in which g365 holds its international gaming licence. The g365 Platform operates under an internationally recognized gaming licence issued by the relevant regulatory authority.

In the event of any dispute between a User and g365, Users are required to first submit a formal complaint to g365's customer support team via the 24/7 live chat function or by written notice to [email protected]. g365 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and endeavour to provide a final resolution within 14 calendar days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, Users may refer the matter to the dispute resolution body designated by g365's licensing authority. The decision of any such body, reached following the applicable process, shall be final and binding on both parties.

g365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect Users' rights or obligations — g365 will provide at least seven (7) calendar days' notice by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by notifying registered Users via their registered email address or mobile number.

Continued use of the g365 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the User's unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If a User does not accept the revised Terms & Conditions, they must cease use of the Platform immediately and may request account closure and withdrawal of any verified balance in accordance with Section 13.

The version number and effective date at the top of this document identify the current revision of these Terms & Conditions. Users are encouraged to review this document periodically to remain informed of any changes.
